Grace Margarita is an abstract artist inspired by the lunar cycles, nature and spirituality.

She studied History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art (BA & MA, 2014-2018). Since then, she has worked as a Curator, Archivist and artist’s model. Working behind-the-scenes in the art world has inspired much of Grace's creative practice.

Grace Margarita creates using earth-based pigments and ethereal coloured oil paints. She also uses watercolour, gold leaf, crystals, liquid metal and vintage textiles. She draws on Buddhist and Tantric philosophies on the cyclical nature of life - appreciating that everything within the universe is constantly passing through its own dance of dark and light, spring, summer, fall and winter.
