Grace Margarita is an abstract artist inspired by the lunar cycles, nature and spirituality. She studied History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art (BA & MA, 2014-2018). Since then, she has been working as a Curator and Archivist for 1920s-1970s photography, art & fashion institutions. Working behind-the-scenes in the art world has inspired much of Grace's creative practice.

Grace Margarita loves to create artworks using earth-based pigments & ethereal coloured oil paints. She also uses watercolour, gold leaf, crystals, liquid metal and vintage textiles. Grace draws on Buddhist and Tantric philosophies on the cyclical nature of life: appreciating that everything within the universe is constantly passing through its own dance of dark and light, spring, summer, fall and winter.
